Friday November 3rd, the Bistrot presents it’s three-course mushroom themed menu + dessert for 55 euros per person (including wine, mineral water and coffee) :
- Appetizer
- Mushroom cappuccino, light chive cream, browned crouton
- Pan-sautéed chanterelle mushrooms with leek, poached egg, amber-yellow wine sauce
- Cepe mushroom and chicken pie, madeira-foie gras sauce
- Stewed quince, lemon coulis and cream, vanilla ice cream
- Cakes and chocolates
