Thursday June 6th, the Bistrot presents it’s three-course lobster themed menu + dessert for 60 euros per person (including wine, mineral water and coffee) :
- Lobster cold soup with diced melon and cucumber as appetizer - Champagne PITHOIS
- Lobster claws, young zucchinis in a creamy summer truffel sauce - Bourgogne blanc domaine BOISSON VADOT
- Roast lobster tail with girolles, stuffed potato, tarragon sauce - Saint-Péray domaine CLAPE
- Strawberries in basil juice, candied olives, vanilla ice cream
- Cakes and chocolates
